Blossom like a flower!
As I began my search for what it was I wanted to do with the next phase of my life, I knew that it had to be a "perfect fit." By that I mean, it had to be somehow related to good health and secondly, be focused on helping or educating others, since that is what I had done with my life up to that point. Then I knew I had to work from home, because even though I loved being in education, the thought of "Punching a clock" once again, seemed out of the question. The thought of a "Home Based Business" intrigued me and so the search began...... It ended when I discovered the most wonderful soy based products and incredibly, fragrant,clean-burning candles! But the idea of "sales" scared me to death! As I looked through the sites of leaders in the company, I discovered one saying that really struck home. It was a quote by Anais Nin.
"There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud
was more painful than the risk it took to blossom" - Anais Nin
But.....the statement that followed, seemed to be talking directly to me! She said,
"Stretching and expanding and reaching for personal and professional greatness is the breath to a remarkable life. So today, choose boldness and take the risk to blossom. You have a lot more to give and be than you can imagine!"
I knew the choice was obvious and "blossom like a flower" I did. Since then, the many ways I have grown would take forever to detail, but the lives that have touched me, and I have touched are like the lovely dew-drops on a flower. Thanks to the wonderful Team Members, friends, and family, and those that have supported me and my business, I have forever changed and enriched my life. Hopefully you too can do the same!
